Agreement

By using georgesnutz.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They are between you and Culinary Ventures LLC, doing business as Uncle George's Glazed Nutz.

What we sell

We offer food products, gifts and wholesale cases. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay, along with any shipping or fees. We may correct mistakes or decline an order, and we refund anything you already paid for an order we decline.

Food and allergens

Our nuts contain tree nuts, and each product's ingredients are listed on its page and label. If you have a food allergy, read them before you order and call us with any question.

Refunds

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or submit false information. Our names, logos, characters, photos and text belong to us or our licensors.

Warranty and liability

Unless the law requires otherwise, the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the order at issue. Nothing here limits rights you cannot legally give up, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Indiana law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of LaPorte County, Indiana, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
